QUOTE(Deathsongx3 @ Nov 28 2011, 05:43 PM) I'm planning on getting one. My friends say its very worth the money. Go get one! Actually, the Xperia mini and Xperia mini pro are better deals now....you basically get a iphone 4 spec phone for just rm200 more. dinwaja: no way to upgrade to android 2.3 unless you flash custom fw. Wait for CM to actually get everything to work, or flash in GDX or GingerCruz if you can't wait. Anyway, anyone gotten monkey blast to work on their stock 2.1 x8?

Not very sure what happened, but nowadays the signal at my place is quite bad....i think its causing my phone to work harder to get signal, a full charge can only last 1-2 hours before it goes red, by the tiem it hits 3 hours, its totally dead.
Can I do anything with this?

Trying to unlock my bootloader but seems like i lack the SEMC Usb flash driver. Funny thing is that x8-toolbox can root it no problem...when i try to use s1tool then i will see the question mark in device manager.
Added on February 22, 2012, 3:48 pmnvm got it fixed by installing Gordon gate...
miniCM uses naa kernel righT? is it compatible with linudx?

QUOTE(danielcmugen @ Feb 29 2012, 10:24 PM) Is dropbox/box the only 1? I thought there's 1 officially by SE to xperia users? But not sure X8 supported or not. SE did have, but they already terminated this service, and advised all SE customers to move on to google applications...I used to use SE service to backup my phonebook but now have to use google liao...

Just open your phone and remove battery, you'll see the manufacturing date there. if its more than 11W29, the risk of you having a hard brick phone after unlocking the bootloader / flash kernel is very high.
