rim bengkok? i faced it for 3 times before.
just go to any tyre shop and burn it back.
less than myr 100 can settle.
replace a new one? it's hard to find exactly one piece of rim only.
easier to just change all four of them.
budget wise - burn it back.
look wise - change to 17 or 18 inch.
serious? so i am not the only one. glad to hear that. my car exactly 1 year old now only.
sianz, think one of my rim bent becos i kena a big hole one of the day recently.

u know la. malaysia road condition.
emm. i am not going for third party rim at outside ah beng shop, i hate non-original stuff. i always stick to original parts. maybe i check with the service centre, how much does it cost to replace the rim. i believe they must have stock to sell for sure. at most need to order only. i like the original rim looks.
alternatively, maybe i will send to honda SC to repair my rim. if the cost is abt the same as new rim. i will opt for new rim instead. but need to leave the rim there for up to 2 week
to me 17 to 18 inch does not look nice, and it hurts FC too. i believe it also incur the risk in the case ur absorber got prob, and the SC may find excuse to reject ur warranty claim. i am not confirm if Honda will deny ur warranty claim if u change the parts. it happened to my friend case his one is P brand car.
but my main qns is that does it cause any safety issue for bent rim?

its not stick, even 's' mode oso will auto drop the gear according to speed.. how bout other car that has paddle shift, is it auto drop gear too..? for cabin noise, i oso felt that it is quite poor, but definitely bttr than proton, even inspira.. got wind whistling sound..
@westlife : how much SC quote you for balancing and tyre rotate? last time i ask, they quote me something less than rm50..
yeah, even in manual (S) mode, the gear will still drop to 1 when ur car is stopped, there is no such thing that u can stick to a specific gear even with paddle shift.
labour to do wheel alignment = rm36, balancing and tyre rotation = rm32.
so total rm68, i find that the price is cheap, considered it is doing at the SC.

Haha well said , i was about to say that too. I'm not sure whether there's anyone who mentioned this before.
I would like to ask whether anyone of you ( New City owner) experienced some sort of "loose sound under the car" whenever you drive on an uneven road. It sounds like the something is not tightly sealed/screwed...
Plus , the driver seat whenever you go over a bump a little bit faster , as your body losses contact and then when back portion of your body land back on the chair, it feeels like the seat is loose...
for me, so far i do not hear any obvious sound when go over uneven road, i just feel the car is more bumpy than my insight when go over the same uneven road with the same speed.
i dun understand why ppl said the sound proof is bad, i think NHC the soundproof is consider not bad already. when my car is on stationery mode (not moving), the sound outside is very minimum, there are quite a few times, i didn't notice that my car is already started becos i do not hear the engine sound outside. only when moving u can hear the tyre sound etc, but to me it is acceptable.
