1) acceleration is not good for this car. ivtec only kicks in after 4.5k rpm.
2) soundproof is so-so only.
3) performance is not good if you are doing mostly city cause car is slow to accelerate. But at speed after 60km/h, this car is nice and FC also good at high speed. This car is more suited for highway.
4) Moderate FC only. Around 350km/h for city driving and 500km/h for highway. Full tank is around 32L-33L

Having said that, as owner of this car, I am quite satisfied with it. Cause I am no ahbengs that want to race my car or like to accelerate fast during traffic jams. This car is very nice to drive at cruising speed of around 80-100km/h. The quality of honda is definitely there compared to p1 or p2. Really depends on your requirement.

Should I wait until facelift? I think 2011, Honda City will get a facelift, no?
And if there is a facelift, will there be a change in the specs?

yes, even my car is only few months old... the sound is from the back but when i sent to SC that time they couldnt rectify the problem and when they test drive with me, the stupid sound just dont occurred. my car is only few months old.

Yay....my car is part of the massive recall by HM. Hope they dun rampas my car for more than a day...sigh.

ycyip bro...its an okay car la the City....nothing much to shout about if u compare it to the likes of Forte n what not due to its lacking in features. If ur keen on the City and still can wait for about a year.....then why not wait for the facelift which I think should be out somewhere this year? Hopefully they include autolock, VSC and cruise control this time around like what Honda Australia offer on their City range.

if you ask me, i will think Honda Malaysia is damn stupid. Trunk open there will no trigger the alarm. and the siren itself located in the trunk area. open the trunk, cut the siren wiring, then slow slow can steal the car, without any one notice... haiz... 

and you see, thief is driving CRV to steal a CITY, mean they understand how Honda alarm work, and easily can disable it...

wow thanks bro for your kind sharing. Now my rear boot got alarm triggerred when i try to open with the key.

However, just a question, since that orange socket is originally connected to the connector, that means it must serves some kind of  function/ purpose, i just worry is that any risk if we detached the connector (although we can now activate the rear boot alarm)...

anyone got any info to share about this?
