Anyone noticed any changes after the patch? My police interceptor chases just got harder. Never had this happen before but I smacked the racer into a roadblock and the car turned turtle. Just as I braked to pin him down, the car disappeared...and the reappeared perfectly fine on the road and zoomed off.

it happened before the patch...

waiting for release notes on the new update

I think I understand how everyone can be as perfect as the speed gods (Cypher and Shahreza).

You have to dish out a perfect lap. No bumps, no crashes, and always keep an eye on the throttle. Pressing Square totally helps, and don't forget Cops get rechargable nitrous at all times wherever lane you may be.

Speed doesn't really matter. I know I consistently got 150 mph during corners and that's fine (Nitrous immediately after that). Just make sure the aim is the perfect lap, and forget your opponents/cops that are chasing you. Good luck. biggrin.gif

I love engaging in pursuit. It's hard to grind those racers to a halt but the adrenalin pumping experience worth every seconds I spent in Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit. 10-17, 10-17.

EMP-ed twice throughout the whole game. I rather EMP blast those cars instead. I didn't know what it does but all I can see it's being electrocuted in some way thou. Hmmm...

Consider in between can and cannot,
if you target the wrong car, just drift your car out of range and the target will become white, then u can aim again

Maybe its more to the fact that every weapon is very personal in approach? But still it doesn't explain the bit on non selection.

The least I used was EMP blast. Be it a racer or chaser. I find them, ermmm...a bit useless. If only they add more radio transmission during in-game, that would be cool! Once I've hit Level 20, the bounty stops right there at 2,000,000 if I'm not mistaken.

Worst case scenario for a cop on pursuit: Being system jammed and the racer pulled a 360 turn...and got away (out of range). I HAD THAT MOMENT THRICE AND I BLOODY HATE IT!

if u plan well before hands emp can kick the person out of game in 1 shot...at corner

i tried this twice only, very hard to aim them at corner

the car with full health was shot out of the track and busted straight away by me
