Really nice..the graphics are WAY better than the previous series..quite impressed with the soundtrack thingy..I was quite amused with the level up too..hope to play Interceptor with 7 other players..that will be epic..hahah

really loving the Autolog feature

Is there any reward for getting all Golds? I managed to get straight Golds for certain areas of interest, especially near the desert area there. However, I had a problem whereby I do not have any EMPs, Spike Strips, Turbos and Jammers.

There's only three racers (me and another 2 in lightweight exotics). It's freaking me out...I tried couple of times but to no avail. (I nearly got a Gold in that event but there's a FREAKING ROADBLOCK at the last corner just a few metres (I SWEAR IT!) in front of the finishing line. WHAM! BANG! Silver it is. SERIOUSLY WTF??!! moment.

These days, yes. It's all about Internet connectivity. The online gaming experience differs entirely. It saddens me at times too...

Autolog feature will be mainstream in future NFS titles... waiting on facebook and twitter integration...

if you have everything unlocked,then yeah.
a complete waste.
but if you are just starting out, MP really sucks(from a competitive POV)...cos you'll be lagging behind everyone since you lack the tools/cars the other players have.

they're not implementing it in this title?

As long you're connected to Autolog, you don't really need MP races. Seriously, Autolog is just fine for me. Screw global leaderboards!

Hi All!

I just started playing this couple days ago here n there. Damn Awesome Game!! i used to play Hot Pursuit long long time ago on pc so this really brings back memories! this is my first PS3 game and ive only played the career till now..so i just got a few questions...

1) How good an internet connection do i need to play online? is a normal streamyx connection connected through wireless router good enough..?

2) when i bought my game at the shop the guy told me there is actually malicious things out there that could permanently damage my PS3..so he didnt really advise to play online. Any truth to this?

i was going to say other than HP...

well EA wants Autolog in Shift 2..

1)512kbps is good enough. if i can play action games online using that line, i dont see why this would be any different (have since upgraded to 1Mbit)
