Oh, no I meant the idiom "in the flesh". http://www.thefreedictionary.com/in+the+flesh As in in real life, in person, not on photo but with the car standing next to you. I'd love to drive it though, never got the chance. sad.gif

Testing my new DRL. Don't worry though, they get auto dimmed as soon as the lights are turned on.

The car next to me is more interesting though. S350. I wonder why he felt the need to add an AMG go faster badge. Isn't the fact that he drives a freaking S class good enough? Why need to "tune" it by adding a fake badge? If anything I'd remove any badge (especially the S350 which basically says he is a cheapskate and went for the cheapest one there is. But adding AMG is kind of laughable and reduces the value of the car). In Germany there is usually the option (VW, BMW, Mercedes, ...) to remove any badges that say what engine is inside. I like it. Especially if I have the top of the line engine. biggrin.gif

lol, at least the owner was smart enough to remove the 318i tag. laugh.gif And a 3 series just lends itself to this. I would have thought the owner of an S class would be above this sort of thing, but then again he parked on the car park of my neighbour, and my neighbour clearly doesn't drive an S class. I was tempted to call a guard, but then again it wasn't my car park he parked on. Unfortunately. (It was in the middle of the night, and the guards have the tendency to get the owner to the car, at any time of the day, if I pressure them enough. biggrin.gif ). The spots that are owned by someone are clearly marked.

Yup, Camaros sound great. Even the V6 from 2002. *roar* Wonderful. And actually quite comfortable if you sit in front. Just not very fast. biggrin.gif

A 2002 Camaro V6 (the baby one), yes. Not for a long distance though. It's a fun thing, though the new one is obviously much better. Or the old ones, from the 70s (though for other reasons, and not in the traditional sense of a good car).

Hm, they seem to be bright enough during the day (haven't properly tried, cause usually when they are on I am sitting behind the wheel). I can see the white dots in the car in front of me when I'm close enough (traffic light etc.). During the night I could illuminate the road in front of me, if I point them a bit downwards. It's rather diffuse though, but that's the point of it. If anything, they should shine in more directions. The dimming works well and brings them down to a reasonable level. I think original ones from VW, Merc etc. are brighter though. Dectane LGX-08, if you were wondering. Bought them during an overseas trip for around RM 120. (The cables and the screws that came with the set seem a bit crappy though, but I hope the cables will last cause I've used them).

The only car I've been into and a special one is the 1976 Porsche 911.
I sat at the back row and it wasnt really comfortable with the tyre sound really loud right beside you.
But it was one great car which made me cant sit up straight when it was accelerating hard.
Bless my soul blush.gif
