Anyway back to car washes and detailing, I avoid the "chain" ones like CARS or even Carnuba. The best I've gone to so far is still auto detailer in PJ. Excellent work and pretty reasonable prices especially when close to major celebrations (Raya, CNY).

i usually go to subang parade one. rm15. now join member d so rm10 and polish oso damn cheap.
not bad la. cant complain. still better than rm8 snow wash.

hrm... wash once a week, polish 2 layers once a month... polish 3 layers every 6 months... er... good enough?

ive tried CARs international on black perdana cant get the deep shine black..on vios i tried sonax which is own by lyn vip black deep shine..quite good..tried carnauba,meguairs..so far the most outstanding is meguiars..

average price are about rm250-rm950 depending on size car..

Wanna ask on white color.
Whats the different between pearl white and solid white? Pearl white last longer?

And those nice cars like Camry, Accord, the color is solid white or Pearl White? Consider metallic or not?

White does not have metallic, got Solid White, Pearl White, Crystal White and so on..
Solid white has harsh surface, so your car can get dirty easily as drity stuck / trapped on the uneven surface.
Pearl white and crystal white has finer surface, so it is more easier to take care as harder for dirt to stuck on the uneven surface.

Crystal white is a very expensive paint, can be found on Toyota Camry, cantik and more easier to take care.

Correct me if I am wrong

ya kah? u know what.. when i bought my car ha. my SA mati-mati said the white is metallic.
and i mati-mati percaya lah. LOL

even when i said that HQ had clarified that both white and black is solid, he still say metallic..

white always solid, when campur metallic...it can't be pure white anymore. crystal white is something, but only on expensive car.

if not mistaken perodua catogorize their pearl white as SUPER metallic.

actually there's Metallic White, just it has not much different compared to other white, i've my friend painted his car to metallic white, u have to see very carefully only can see the shining powder coating in the color :-)

I wanna make correction for my car color, mine is Hyper White. :-)
