Nicely compiled facts TS. Bravo. It would be better if fully written in English. However, I think this topic should be moved to Serious talk. Or else this thread will full of BS, flames or Vroom Vroom.
You have a good theories there, but I believe it is difficult to find the pure 'lost tribe' unless we trace their family tree. As you know 'Orang Melayu' is categorized as 'seseorang yang menganuti agama Islam, lazim bercakap bahasa Melayu, menurut adat Melayu', means a non-trully malay can be declared as a malay in Malaysia. Even according to wikipedia Malay can be categorized to Malaysian Malay(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malaysian_Malay) or General Malay (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malays_(ethnic_group))
I wonder how to trace the lost tribe as the terms already so saturated.

I think this is good finding and should be discuss with people who really have knowledge not like just simply bummer..or " cepat melatah" ..You have a good theories there, but I believe it is difficult to find the pure 'lost tribe' unless we trace their family tree.
