Im seeking advice here, im planing to buy an apartment for investment. Do anyone here know about Akasia Apartment? Izzit suitable for investment?
So far i checked this apartment can rent out at rm750 for a basic unit and unfurnished. Pls advice me. Thanks |

is a good place to live. So far the rental rate remain the same. Good location. Preferably to stay rather than investment.
