provided u are confident to get into NUS/NUT(NUS will be >> NUT/Nott in terms of pretige at least) From what i heard singapore govt spend alot to get world class lecturers to singapore. I know a few good lecturers who got headhunted as well.

So u should do that as long as finance isn't a problem. Since it's Nottingham Malaysia, your campus environment wouldnt be much diff than to go to Singapore except for less kiasuness lol. If you are talking about Nottingham UK than it will be great since it's good to study overseas to gain more exposures.
