1. The C6 chinese language from PNHT. Import it using the NFE.
2. The day hand input installer. Extract it into the cfw before flash.
3. The original APAC fonts into the cfw.
Nokia 5800 XpressMusic a.k.a "TUBE" v.28, v51.0.06 is up + C6 CFW.

I think the day hand input might work but you will need a few things to be included.

QUOTE(danieloo @ Aug 26 2010, 11:37 PM) I've tried that, but my phone still can't recognise chinese character. sorry bro... here never use any cfw yet, from v50 till v51 till c6 none of it really make me have the urge Well, I don't need to write, but at least display proper chinese character... sklchan, your's can display chinese character after re-pack with NFE? do have study on those cfw though and just not sure why the chinese decoding not working if done properly I'm sure it's working as lots of forumer already confirming they can read chinese but for writing input so far not yet seeing good success story yet... |

QUOTE(Forgotten06 @ Sep 8 2010, 12:43 PM) Normally I wont recommend 3rd party battery for phone although they offer 1year warranty. Its quite impossible for them to increase the capacity without enlarging the cell. (Except they come with a new technology) but ppls saying itu SUN Global batt is a hoax leh... And not to mention some of these battery quality looks cheap. I wouldnt risk to use it to boom my phone. technical point of view all same type battery have it's own capacity per weight (energy density), if those SG batt have about the weight then those hoax might be true |
reading no problem... writing need install extra input apps.... Added on September 14, 2010, 2:53 pm u repack the rofs2 ? then can read chinese and english, but cant write chinese ? u use TaiwanChinese_RM-612 ? or u use which 1 ? after i repack then still like this, is this normal ? [attachmentid=1779977]
I never use the c6 cfw so the detail i'm not sure, but from what i understand: 1. extract language files from the china c6 firmware 2. put all those language files into the rofs2 (from original PNHT c6 cfw) 3. repack the rofs2 then flash 4. install dayhandinput |

QUOTE(angrysnail @ Sep 15 2010, 11:45 AM) Flash to Nokia C6 custom firmware, then whole of your 5800 will be the same like Nokia C6..especially the HS,u can customize to put widget.. only thing that need to remember is that later when new firmware arrive u have to re-flash back using the 5800xm v51 firmware before update... Plus with this CFW,u will get ur phone hacked and can install a lot of apps without sign it..some more the theme effect will be more nicer than C6+rotation effect+landscape on HS(everyone dream on 5800).. |
