the slimmer 360 looks slick but just out of curiosity, why no love for blu-ray?

blu-ray is currently the de facto standard for high capacity, high definition optical discs now and what does it mean by not supporting it? in a way, blu-ray is supposedly the 'industry' standard now so to speak.

So with microsoft still not supporting it, does this mean they are satisfied with dvds for now? or is it the case of games still not having a 'real' need for bigger capacity discs?

based on how i've read the conference yesterday (didn't manage to watch it), i get the feeling that while Microsoft is really going all out to take the market from Nintendo, they are feeling the pinch.

Call me cynical, but I just couldn't help asking why did MS really want to give the attendees free 360s? Something doesn't click.

how does the star wars game plays like anybody seen it? i saw a short video, but its nothing much just show someone in preperation for light saber battle, but stop short when the battle about to begin. apa ni, nak tunjuk ke tak nak? ke belum ready lagi. i think kinects got more problems than meet the eye.

LOL yeah, for the journalists who got that Slim for free it could create some problems with ethics.

i did, the gameplay video we saw was similar to the gameplay video at the NATAL conference one day before Microsoft's E3 conference and there journalist complained that it was either delayed or prerecorded. So in other words Kinect still has some kinks to work out before the holiday release.

tot wanna buy 360 but guess i'll pass the arcade and wait for shorty shinny blackish 360 instead....

The games are great in 360... but then, it's the console that has problems that kicks out the enjoyment...
