or that the love is based on look or/and money?

nobody is supporting it... everyone is competing with it...

people with advantage are able to get things easily compared to those at a disadvantage...

I think everyone has different needs from love.

If the girl feels it is fine to undergo surgery, i have nothing to comment.

However, guy who expect ravishing looks by having GF having surgery...might as well cut it from day 1.

But you do have to bear in mind that in the end of the day, it comes down to her choice. In the end she chose to attempt to pursue trying to look more like J. Alba despite criticism and advice. Some may have spurred her on too, but it's still her decision in the end.

I feel myself staring at this rat race wondering if indulging in wealth and looks is really worth it.
an ugly person with a tonne of make up/surgery will look pretty. but if a guy has a baby with her, the child is still ugly anyway. somehow I don't see the point.

Yea, she listens, and at the end, she decides and that's her decision.

well.. if she had it her way, she wouldn't want the surgery. that's quite plain. she's might do something she doesn't want to because of this "love" which isn't much at all since the guy could just ditch her cause of something small.
