Today i got the chance to compare Toshiba 42ZV600E (LCD) side by side with Sharp Aquos LC40LE700M (LED). I'm not a guru however my untrained eyes tell me:

1. The color of 42ZV600E is more natural and accurate compared to LC40LE700M which I find abit redish. This is obvious when playing movie but not obvious when playing animation and cartoon.

2. The white color from LC40LE700M is white, however the white color from 42ZV600E is abit yellowish.

3. For DVD movie, both image look sharp. But for animation and cartoon LC40LE700M is sharper and more detail.

4. Since I'm still using CRT, I find BluRay on LED is abit too sharp for me, and sometime the image look fake. Maybe need more time to get used to LED.

That's all smile.gif

I did try on Samsung B530 not C530 (my wife house).
And also i get my own 42ZV600 last saturday only.

For Audio Quality. Definately toshiba ZV600 nicer.
Toshiba with 10w * 2 + 30watt woofer.
Samsugn speaker i just feel like normal TV but toshiba one with nice bass.

For picture quality, i just play watch RMVB movie and not really try on HD source so can't comment.

For toshiba, just try one 720p movie on it. PQ to me is very good.

PQ - Toshiba very good, samsung no tested yet
AQ - Toshiba win
Warranty - Toshiba 2 years + 1 year insurance. Samsung not sure.
Price - Toshiba expensive RM700

Samsung connect through notebook via HDMI
Toshiba connect through PC via HDMI

Hope this can help you.
