Regarding the buzz problem, the factory feedback to us, there are 3 reasons will cause the buzz sound

1. Under Bluetooth model play music, if normal, maybe is AUX connection not good, please check the AUX connection; by the way, if the audio cable broken, also will lead to this phenomenon.
2. Under Bluetooth model play music, if the speaker has buzz, maybe is power source with some problems, please try to change a power adapter.
3. If change the adapter, the speaker also has buzz, maybe is circuit componets broken.

Please send your w293bt to Inter-Asia for warranty claim.
