it might still not be official but its getting close and i think its going to materialize. we are going sign a 30 year old with a 4 year deal. whats going on, i dont really know. yes, he might be 1 mil cheaper than deco at 7 mil but common. another old man in the team?
welcome Yossi "the diamond" Benayoun!

those are indeed good deals but i have never applied NNs/patches myself. im afraid to damage my kit. Added on June 15, 2010, 10:20 ami wonder what number will benny take if the almost official news are true. the cursed number 7 to be broken? This post has been edited by madfag: Jun 15 2010, 10:20 AM

i still wonder why are we going for these old players. why dont we use the 7 mil for a younger better player? i cant really say getting benny is a bargain because of his wages too.
if he comes, i hope he can be better than he was at liverpool. i do like his dribbling though.

you're right about Joey not justifying the salary he was demanding. i guess it would make more sense to sign benny with that amount of weekly wages.
benny 4! lol.
im still waiting for a big signing now that stoch has left though. a big young signing.

thats is because we prioritize Chelsea over the world cup! besides, so far all of our Chelsea contingents in the world cup so far arent doing so well.
england drew, france drew, serbia lost. haih.

i dont think i would want too many english men in midfield. unless lampard isnt playing. its already proven in the england squad that lampard cant play with other english men. lol.

QUOTE(Kernkraft400 @ Jun 16 2010, 06:14 PM) The vuvuzela is seriously annoying, and destroyed the world cup experience definitely. We need to hear people cheering, come on! Follow me on twitter for WC updates: http://twitter.com/KernkraftX360i cant agree more. those horns are seriously annoying and they go on and on. i dont know about being there with those horns but watching the tv with those horns blowing really sucks. fifa should definitely ban that damn thing. lots of fans are beginning to wear noise canceling headphones if any of you have noticed.

QUOTE(krk24 @ Jun 17 2010, 12:28 AM) you can included this fellow: Gervinho (ivory coast) he is FW damn good if u saw their first group matched against portugal. age 23 he can play Striker, Right Winger, Left Winger, Attacking Midfielder..currently playing with Lille OSC. yeap. i too saw this gervinho dude. he is not bad. very quick feet and he eats fullbacks for lunch. easily took them on.

we have to pedal to the metal from the start. we would be in trouble if we start sloppy. the final 3 games could prove to be deciders.

i prefer lampard on the left, and joey/ballack's replacement has to be on the right. so if silva does come, he will be on the right midfield.
the ashley lampard malouda combination cannot be broken!

kalou cannot be a regular starter due to his lack of consistency. unless he can pull a string of good performances, he still has to sit on the bench. COMMON SILVA! YOU KNOW CHELSEA IS THE PLACE FOR YOU~

yeah im sick and tired of all those morons condemning terry. yeah he might be a little out of way at times like when there were rumors about him going to city. in the end he kept all our backbone key players in the squad and won the double. who did he do this for? Chelsea FC. hell, he could go to any other huge club and win championships, but he did it for us anyways.
yesterday's attempt at a second block, diving with his head really touched me.
there's only one England captain and thats JT.

i guess we cant expect players who are still in the world cup to sign for us. are we waiting for there would be no big signings this season? with the departure of bally, joey and bella, we definitely should revitalize our squad with some players around their mid twenties, or at their prime.
i hope we can win the champions league next season.
