Mai.. condensing 1 novel into 2 eps feels really short. It could've been 3 eps for this Awaki stuff.

So, the whole arc, in summary (damn, JC Staff's adaptation of this arc feels like one) this arc is:

- Mikoto acknowledges that there are people who are trying to gather the Remnants, and are trying to stop them.
- Kuroko intercepts one of these gatherers, Awaki, but was in for a surprise counterattack and got injured.
- Kuroko gets intel on who Awaki is and plans a counter-strike.
- Mikoto confronts Awaki, Awaki gets away by a distraction. Kuroko happens to overhear that and proceeds to track down Awaki inside a building.
- Battle proceeds, but Kuroko gets downed by a gun. But manages to terrificly disturb Awaki's psyche causing her to break down and gets a 4-tonne weight coming onto Kuroko in retaliation.
- During the battle, Mikoto proceeds to track down Awaki and finds out Kuroko had went to see her first, while the Sisters go and ask Touma for help, this turn of events got through LO and in turn Accelerator learns about the sequence of events from LO. Touma and Mikoto meets up and proceeds to go to Kuroko's rescue.
- Mikoto blasts through the building, creating a pathway for Touma to rescue Kuroko and stop the teleportation of that 4-tonne mass.
- Awaki, who have slipped away, encounters Accelerator and gets curb-stomped.
- Main boss of this arc downed, happy end for everyone.

Actually, that hairpin should've changed long ago in S1. I can't remember when, but yeah.

Do you think Komoe-sensei is sexually frustrated? I do.

Being about 4'5" and appearing younger than most of the students she teaches seems to have that effect. It isn't something that she tries to compensate for by having a more mature personality either...she seems to embrace it. It leads me to believe that she had a very rough, possibly abusive childhood. She attempts to salvage this lost youth and innocence by continuing to behave in a way befitting of someone young and innocent. As a result, she would have to completely ignore a lot of body's natural urges. Not many adults are gonna be willing to take a chance with her, after all. They'd feel like pedophiles...or they'd be accused by other people of being pedophiles. If they try to form an honest relationship with her, it'd be sure to cause a lot of complications...and even accusations from others that they're just using her as a way to legally feed some pedophile tendencies they've been hiding. They could just give her a pity f***, sure...but that's sure to fire up some guilt for them. Not to mention, Komoe's self-esteem would plummet...

Komoe, likewise, can't do much either. If she did form a relationship with a man, she'd naturally have to live with the nagging possibility that she's just being used as a way to f*** a little girl without being arrested.

She also lives alone...and drowns her sorrows in beer and cigarettes when no one is looking. With all of this taken into account, it has probably been AGES since she has gotten laid. The next guy that f***s her is going to be in for the ride of his f***ing life.

Incidentally, this is all very ironic because of Komoe's attraction to Touma. If they ever did get together, Komoe would be the actual pedophile...while Touma would be seen as a pedophile by everyone else. Fukou da. To summarize? At this point, Komoe will f*** like a wild animal. She would ride your d*** hard enough to generate a clean-burning energy source.
