Hi... i found everywhere on the net.. .but dun get the actual name for this equipment... What does it call? I saw one it is a spring in the middle and u can bend the bar. But dunno what does it call...

The name is there when u click on the website.
as for the second one, i'm 90% sure that the model in the video doesnt even use that to train himself. |
