Celcom just charge me 10 sen for each divert to digi. I think digi midunderstood your question. I am on postpaid celcom account. I am refering to call i recieve on celcom and i take the call on digi line.

Good phone if you are looking for a 5" screen .  Performance is good, I rate 8-9 though is not outstanding. I have sold off mine as mostly unused since I bought my Tab. However to get more out of it, root and install Stephen's rom at least ver 1.5.1. His latest is 1.8.1. The official Froyo rom, I find slight laggy

I don't think the radio has a significant impact on battery life. I'd advise you keep 322 ( since it is the latest baseband ) and look at other ways to control battery usage. I do not notice any significant impacts on battery life since I started off using radio 302, than to 318 and finally 322.

That is very good price. Is it unlock or need rebel sim. If latter make sure he provide you the rebel simcard. The latter will have more issues if you plan to try cook roms

If it is Starhub units, I have been following the user comments on hardware.zone. Apparently a lot of software issues due to Starhub additional software input. I'd say in fact most if not all those users there had change rom. I'd help several of them thro online to upgrade their baseband and roms in the past 2 weeks. Anyway there were 2-3 users with hardware issues, all waiting for Starhub to replace as no more stock on hand

I bought the official original cable in the early days of the Streak release - it cost me a whopping RM 150 . I still have it and the beautiful box that comes with it. I did not even consider those EBay cheap versions as it is a proprietary Dell connector and I worry whether those cheap copy can sync and charge same time ? Anyone interested PM me - selling off half price. Pay me after receipt
