Multitasking with many apps are quite laggy for me, I'm running at default 600MHz. What is the safest spot to stay at, 800MHz?

I've OC to 800MHz using the front page guide but when I check using Conky, it shows that I'm still at 600MHz?

Rebooted, currently running 800MHz. Feels like a brand new device all over again, hehe. Anyway, what do you guys think of Android phones?

I have a second N900 for modding, hehe. Saw an icon 'Deinstall Kernel' in my menu screen. Is it safe to uninstall 'Kernel-Power Flasher' and maintain the OCed result?
