Final Fantasy XIII-2 will be launched in Asian regions in both Chinese/English and English only version. Also, the Japanese version will be available in South East Asia as well. Details after the jump. The Japanese version will be available for retail beginning December 15, 2011. The Chinese/English version is a completely localization of the game done by a partnership between Square Enix and Sony Computer Entertainment Asia, it be begin retailing on January 31, 2012, together with the English version. All menus and text have been translated into Traditional Chinese and English, while still retaining the original Japanese voices. Also, the game is compatible with save data from both the English and Japanese versions of PS3™ “FINAL FANTASY XIII”, which can be imported into the game. A new trailer of the game with Chinese subtitles will be available for download on the PlayStation Store today.
