You seem to be in a hurry. B complex in multivits comes in small amount. Only those absolute B complex sups like neurobion is heaty, you dun have to take it daily if ur healthy u know, mix it up or alternate it. With enuf hydration i dun see a prob with it. Please dun scare ppl wit the nose bleed.
