Yup, it's not suitable for engineers, though it's IT company, engineers have no powers on decision making in this company and always ended up as scapegoat. Actually it's more marketing and management focus company. Nowadays they pay much higher tax (you know what industry it is in) and the salary is not attractive anymore.

it has an upside down structure, meaning it's common as an engineer here being managed by multiple managers under different projects, so your workload may be multiple times than usual.

Yes, not only laying off, some former employees were duped their investment scam during employment and they never get back their money until today. So be careful, this company never announce their finance and no one know their debt position.

I have just joined this company 2 months back, many posts are misleading, they just announced a subsidy for everyone working from home including for their interns, so i wonder how can they layoff people 🤔🤔

Are you sure?, i have my own team members resigned so they were asked to return company laptops on the same day because all working from home, but many more new ppl joining ler, i see every month got many new ppl intro themself in company website, my team got new people also
