yes. agreed. They are some bad people inside spoil the whole company and cultures. They want to be the boss all time and benefit themselves.
Also, if you are not their employee anymore, certainly they will act like not even want to look at you at all and block you from MSN.

no really!! im employee of Nettium, what i can say is depend on what team you are in? salary and bonus wise ..emm.. i will said above than market . but something you may take note is they more focus on management instead of developer.

Any latest update on this company? Seems like they are expanding recently. Lots of post in Jobstreet.

i think the turn over staff there very high.

after 3-6 month, their staff chow.

Hi has anyone been through their management associate program? I saw their advertisement, just wondering if a person doesnt have any programming/coding skills can apply to this job?

Currently they are under internal re-structuring due to change of CEO.

Some of the "bad people" left, maybe things will be better, just M A Y BE.

You know nettium is making "online gaming" software (main site is FunEightEight). Every year police always come to the premise at AIA Capsquare to investigate something due to suspected illegal activity, and they are settled by something (not sure what it is).

The review on Glassdoor and Jobstreet is totally correct, more bad reviews than good ones. FYI, last year nettium was restructuring couple of times for saving money. You expect work life balance? I suggest you to look for another company, it's totally bad.

yup, had a friend who works there.

so what they give is alot of incentives. if u top programmer without mistake , u get some points to redeem some stuff.

even go on a full paid trip. their trip really good. but in exchange, of course no work life balance.

This time very unlikely to have company trip, some people get laid off. Since last year or 2 years ago, no more trip, even underwent company restructure couple times and even covid-19, sports events are getting postponed and cancelled.

gambling company usually quite good profit. maybe company want take this situation to lay off not so good workers

the big boss posted this in linkedin, it's very dangerous to join this company, same as its affiliate like Hiero7 and Selfdrvn.

Yup, it's not suitable for engineers, though it's IT company, engineers have no powers on decision making in this company and always ended up as scapegoat. Actually it's more marketing and management focus company. Nowadays they pay much higher tax (you know what industry it is in) and the salary is not attractive anymore.

it has an upside down structure, meaning it's common as an engineer here being managed by multiple managers under different projects, so your workload may be multiple times than usual.

BTW, is nettium layoff people? I still got agent contact me for the company position.

Yes, not only laying off, some former employees were duped their investment scam during employment and they never get back their money until today. So be careful, this company never announce their finance and no one know their debt position.

I have just joined this company 2 months back, many posts are misleading, they just announced a subsidy for everyone working from home including for their interns, so i wonder how can they layoff people 🤔🤔

I have just seen groups of people returned their laptop 1 month back during CMCO.

I see you don't understand the big boss is trying to reduce headcounts ("spending millions dollars and hire slow fire fast"). It is obviously something was bad in their finance.

Are you sure?, i have my own team members resigned so they were asked to return company laptops on the same day because all working from home, but many more new ppl joining ler, i see every month got many new ppl intro themself in company website, my team got new people also

I just left recently, I wouldn't recommend this company even if you are freshie.

It's a gambling company. Could you lock up for assisting illegal activity in Malaysia? Even the founder trying to get away.
