Recently I purchase TGV movie tickets,
When I finish key in my credit card, it does not show any booking no. and I've check my email the booking no. not send to me as well.
Later I check with my HSBC bank, and the customer service indicate that this is your problem with TGV and the payment has been made.
So I decided to call TGV, the customer service said " This will need to wait 2-3 month to cancel the tickets"..... I was like WHAT THE...
2-3 month meaning I'll need to pay that amount to the bank without watching the movie?
Later on that day I visit TGV kepong and try my luck to collect the ticket with my credit card no. The ticket seller key in my credit card to the system and no ticket were book.
I keep calling TGV and HSBC... they do nothing. OMG..... what kind of service is this... so I need to pay for nothing.
Do anyone face this problem??? Please help me!!!!
Thank you.

Same thing happened to me, twice. The second time I tried 3 times, each one it says "transaction failed, your card has not been charged". But guess what, I saw 3 transactions on my statement, RM55 each consecutively. Logged a didpute with the bank, luckily they reversed the transactions.
TGV really was not telling the truth when it said it didn't charge you, but in fact it did. That's why I tried 3 times. My friend was also a victim. Now we never buy online for TGV tickets anymore. Also beware, last time I check Cathay borrows TGV's online payment facility, so I also avoid them.
No problem with GSC's though.
yes~~ ur situation is just like mine~
