Happened to me too last month. But it was GSC in my case. Bought the tickets online via maybank2u. Maybank2u already did the transaction and the money is credited out of my account to GSC but unfortunately the GSC website might got a bit of problem when it failed to give me the booking number. I immediately write up to GSC using the online feedback from provided on the online purchase page. Next day, one nice lady from GSC called me and informed me that they will refund me the money immediately. Next day, my money is refunded back. Kudos to GSC for fast action.
