Just called them. I applied on 1/6 ,confirmed on 4/6 and my order sent out on 10/6  according to CS it means 10 working days from date of order sent out, hope that clears all confusions. Not 10 days your order is confirmed but 10days from date of order sent out so I have to wait until 20/6

I called them again on 12Jun and this time they tell me that it would be installed on 14th or 15th Jun. I dont know whether she told me this to pacify me. Its a very frustrating experience as different CS will tell me different things. 

Yes I have  his number they gave me today, the dateline given to the installer is by 20/6, I cannot call now cos  its cloudy and raining all the time here, if all is clear 2morow i wl call him.

Have you noticed the EPG is now offset by 3 or 5 minutes to reflect the delay setting of the channel. Should help a lot with recordings.

yeah some channels just haven't given the details that far out.

AXN HD starts tomorrow along with FX HD, Zhizun HD (TVB & CCTV programmes). [v] closes, their call not Astro's, & is replaced by Fox (SD) on ch 710

Hi Guys, hope you all can help me. My house previously running on Astro Max and I just installed Astro Byond PVR yesterday. I have 3 HD Tvs in different locations of the house and previously I use a RF booster to transfer the signals to all the Tvs, but they all have to watch only one channel at a time.

For this Byond, I was told that only the TV connected to the decoder has the HD signal, the others have to watch shows which are worst quality than without Byond. Is there a way to send the HD signals to other tVs as well. There must be a way to do it because I don't think Mcdonalds have One HD decoder for every TV in its premises?

Please advice, appreciate it.

hamikangtao, I'm guessing you could use a HDMI splitter and split it as such to your TVs. Stumbling blocks would be distance/cable length and not being able to control channels from other rooms though.

Also, I have a question of my own to add.
Right now, my astro satellite cable is nicely concealed in the wall already. If I upgrade to byond, will they have to change to new sat cables along with the dish, or can I reuse the old sat cables? It would be a royal pain to have to re-do all the cabling...

I'm very tempted to get Astro Byond but none of my family are even talking about it. They're very content with what they have now, but today I saw Byond on McD and I'm like WHOAA SO THIS IS HD WHOAA. Good marketing strategy, I think, cos I'm convinced to get HD now.

Hi, I can receive Fx HD and AXN HD but not the Zhizhun (310).  Why?  Is it because I don't subscribe to Dynasty?  I thought they are letting all B.yond users to test out all the 3 channels free for awhile?

I just take a look on Astro Zhi Zun Hd's schedule for these few days.
Seems like just 4-5 programme that keep repeating in a same day.

But the repeating shows in Astro Zhi Zun HD is truth...

I saw one yesterday night about midnight or something on Astro Supersport channel.. Quite funny ad with those people (4 to be exact) with their heads replaced with the "Play, Pause, Rewind, Record" icons.
