ok...quite high dense per floor, but the design of the condo look nice, and the facility gt sauna, badminton court, gym, swimming pool...very good...might not in a very good location, i went there before, have to pass by looks like kampung area, and hindu temple, then only reach there...surrounding dun hv many amenties...but somehow, freehold, 2 carpark, not so good surrounding but consider near to pj/damansara, and can use MEX highway to KL...price under 300k, and the design, the floortiles, the finishsing all looks well..might consider.....heard tat developer still gt unit for sale, nid to pay 10% dwnpayment..??
