Women into their 30s do not bore very good perception, because like many guys would think such women are either not attractive, not fertile or if they are attractive, they just are too dominating and not approachable. It does makes sense. Most male if given a choice would prefer their gf in their mid 20's or late 20's. Myself, I plan to get married in my early 30's or latest by mid 30's because want to build up career and some passive income stream. So, my target would definitely be someone in their mid or late 20's.

In addition, women age faster than men...So, ideally, for a man...you would want your partner to be at least few years younger than you.

I would be lying if I said I dont care about appearance. Anyways, both criteria are equally important. I prefer to strike a balance between appearance and personality and that means dont look older than me
