No COD on the first transaction due to security reasons? What? Even I CoD on the first deal! That's how I make sure of what I'm getting! And knowing the buyer!

And I don't like the idea of "seized property" either. You could be getting hot goods.

EDIT: Why don't you threaten to report the guy for selling Customs-seized items?
