guys, last week i apply for upgrading from 1m to 4m, they said they will sent technician in 7 days to check whether my MODEM can support onot, then until now, they still no responce, last friday i called and they said i didn't upgrade! hooray .. biasalah .. but
after few days of the application, i able to get speed more than 1024 (i checked by modem info) some times it's 4.xm some times 5.x or 6.x, but speed test i only albe to get 1.7 mbps like tat .. what does it mean ? i already on 4m ? or ??? my snr margin around 6 and attenuation 49 !!! omg .. and my phone line got a bit noisy .. it's those snr or attenuation can improve if the noise been fix ( by tm hopefully?) ? .. haizz.. i don even know what i asking .. i just want to know what status am i at ... thx guys ..

guys, i just upgrade to 4mbps, my snr margin around 6..... speedtest get 1.6 mbps is it 4mbps recent problem or my line problem ?

yalo.. haiz.. if i change to 2m package it will better ? i wonder where can find a formula to calculate, when me 2048 kbps , snr margin around 19 speedtest get 1.6m, 1024kbps around 25 speedtest get 800k ... i upgrade, technician giv me 5120, then it become 6~7 speedtest get 1.5m -.- ... if i get 3072 or 4096 dono can achieve what result at speedtest ....

guys got some important question here.. pls help me !!

im in the middle of upgrading to 4m package but a lot of problem, i just ask tm technician to capped me at 3m, while tml i going to change the package to 2m, b4 that, while the technician gave me 5m, i speed test get 1.5m, now capped at 3m i also get 1.5m at speedtest, the technician said it not yet run on full speed because he not yet activate the package.. i just wan to know is this it or just my line problem,


when im in 5m cap: snr 6 attenuation 45 speedtest 1.5m
3m cap snr 17 attenuation 45 speedtest 1.5m
2m snr 20 attenuation 45 speedtest 1.5m

should i use 4m package or 2m package ? i think when i at 4m cap, the snr margin should be around 13 .. am i able to get at least 3.x mbps ?

last month i upgrade to 4m package, but cant support so i try 2m, after change to 2m, they till now still haven activate the 2m acc for me ... since i start that 4m thing, i keep facing disconnection problem, once happen i unable to connect to internet atleast few hours to probably more than 1 day!!! then suddenly it ok back .. haiz do u guys face this problem b4 ? i use riger modem, in diagnostic page there, i indicate i unable to connect to ppp server, some case it can connect, then after 5 sec, the 'internet' light stop blinking(for my line it mean no data transfer) .. then more 30 sec the light gone ... anyone familiar with my problem ?

flaming_lion .. ur situation worst than mine .. atleast now i using 1.5m actualy i downgrade to 2m package , cap at 3m but not yet activate, 1 month alredy .. no tm responce at all ...
mayb u shud try apply for 1m blockbuster deal ?

btw, my snr margin 24 attenuation 41, can i go for 4m package ?
