Good afternoon guys, need some advice here, I have applied TMnet 4MB Blockbuster upgrade from 1MB and the installer came over yesterday, he has activate my 4MB package but till now I still receive 1MB.
I just give him a call to complaint and he mentioned to me he will follow up but no promise on time... (and the 4MB has already activate which meant they are charging me RM140 per month), is there anything I can do?

Finally Streamyx solve my issue after 10days from the installation date ==, but my modem show downstream capped at 37xx Kbps, upload is 512Kbps, anyone having similar issue with me?
