Hi everyone...I just upgraded my package to 4mbps few days ago...and the technician did come my house and test the speed using the test account.But now im using my own account the speed stil 1.6mbps...anyone know whats the problem...I asked my technician he said I need to wait about 1 week for my account speed to 4mbps

Just Want To Ask If i'm using 1mb now want to change to 4mb can i still using my old adsl router modem dlink ? or i ned to use tm modem?

The technician that day say I need to wait few days for my account to be 4MBPS after he use the test account to test the speed.
But I already wait for 1 week. My speed stil 1.7mbps only...I call TMNUT they said My account is already configured to 4MBPS and they ask me to call technician because its under 14days warranty...
Then I call the technician now...AND now he said MEMANG TAKBOLEH KERANA AREA U MASIH TAKADA 4MBPS..WHAT THE HECK...
But he use the test account test in my house can reach 4mbps...
what Should I do now??

do check ur cap limit, mine at 5m n everything is doing what it should

here an idea

go on n apply for the 4mb package, if successful fo sure the speed will be slow, but at that time, spam 100 kaw kaw until they uncapp u at 5m ,6m or more to get a "reasonable" speed

im not responsible for ur slow connection later

yep .. very noticable, then again.. i only get 218 since the 1st day of me 4mb'ing

are you using the RM268 4Mbps package or the Blockbuster Package at RM140?

Been thinking of getting a 4Meg line (using 1Meg now paying RM108 per month for 1MB + phone line)...

Has anyone experience unstableness with their downloads? Direct downloads I mean, not torrent. Mine has been going crazy these few days. It goes up and down barely reaching 300kb/s. Average speed sometime can be lower than 100kb/s! Wanna report it to TM but all they say is make a speedtest and obviously that's going to take the maximum speed. So I'm stuck with an insanely unstable speed. It gets better at night but nowhere near where I usually get which is around 400kb/s.
