resetted my port and lost my 218 ip address. called the 100 number and request technical support for 4m and i get it back instantly after they resetted the port again.

my story regarding my expierence on 4m. i shortened it so it wont be TLDR.

my 4m having adsl sync issue since sunday. dsl resync every 5 minutes or 10 minutes. troubleshooted whole day. trying to play with the adsl modulation setting. nothing worked. made a report on sunday~monday morning 4.30am via 100. phone technician came at 10AM monday, suggested to replace whole house wiring including outside wiring because the line is noisy. 1 straight line from dp box to inside my house to the telephone. cost me Rm 50. problem still there. called insider ask them to assign a internet people to come and trouble shoot. the guy came at 4pm. dsl sync issue still remain after reset port. but because the technician came late. even though he can change port for me, but the adsl sync speed is limited to 1.5m so he gonna do it 2moro morning.
