i have a unipack 4mbps in Taman Suria Jaya. using the tmnet dlink wireless modem, the dsl and internet light is stable but no internet access. i check the internal settings of the modem. the default gateway is 1.1.1.1 while the dns is } for preferred and nothing for alternate even though i did the settings already. is this tmnet's problem? called yesterday but say will call me back which they didn't. today when i called them, said 2nd level line busy and will call me back. really trying my patience.
