i juz upgrade frm 1Mb to 4Mb
i see the statistic modem thr also cap at 4092 downstream,how do i ask for higher cap. is call 100 ask for the higher cap or call the technician? last time when i in 1Mb package it cap at 2Mb ,i can get around 1.4Mb/s now dl max speed only around 3.45Mb/s like tat ...so sad.
