Nope. Even u tell TM tech, they will not change for u,

1. They got no access
2. They do not know what r u talking about.

The possibility to change from interleaved to FAST path... is very low

I am sick when i see reconnect button and i am sick to switch cable between my modem n router. My worst nitemare if i see triangle icon at taskbar below. Not agaaaaaaaain...even i wanna write this also happen.

Hi,

First of all, TM shdn't install 4Mbps for u.
According to MCMC guideline, TM will install 4mb to u with the condition of SNR Margin > 15db.

Now only way to fix is, Call TM and downgrade to 2mbps. smile.gif
