u can print screen ur download speed and email to help@tm.net.my .... if u afraid they did not reply to ur email , cc a copy to hotline@mmail.com.my

not really . i can surf youtube , fb , cnn , bloomberg well..download speed up to 3.4-3.6mbps

my max. speed around 4mbps at most of the time. overall surfing speed is acceptable , loading speed is not bad for all ip i get in this week

then printscreen and email to tm and cc to malaymail @ hotline@mmail.com.my

how is ur downstream speed in modem ? u called ur technician / installer ?

im getting 175 , 145 ip most of the time . not bad ...but sometime ddl a bit slow ...

~called up TM100 , have been told that my port is spoilt and will get replaced by tomorrow before 11am. no wonder it keep on changing from ADSL2 to ADSL2+ and vice versa

yes , same goes to me... but 175 ip still ok for me for the moment...

when did u upgraded it ? it "might" take 2-3days but i juz need 24hours to get my 4mbps

pls try to call ur installer

its abnormal.pls call TM to lodge complaint u should get 450kb/s average

u can tell them u done everything d and now the speed still slow . i alwaz told them dont ask me again .

i think no problems , juz subscribe and see how ... if u talk about torrent without using VPN , u cant achieve high speed ... nobody knw how many speed u can achieve without using vpn ...

Added on September 9, 2010, 8:57 amwat to download until 1tb permonth ? so much porn or adult things to download ? 4mbps is merely 450-550kb/s and in order to download u all so-called HD movie or bluray which is like 20gb / title , u need at least 8hours or so ... and the movie is juz 2hours .... 2hours movie and use 8hours to download

fyi , im downloading using direct download and it is at full 4mbps speed

call 100 and tell them ur nt getting 4mbps speed....ask them to pass u to 2nd level technical support...

checked my speed juz now... finally got back my speed...

lodged MCMC report on monday and TM called me at 9pm...she told me TM done something at server and i should get my speed back d... 450-520kb/s ..hopefully it can remain forever ... =.=
