Unfortunately, there's no 4mbps at my area... maximum capped at 2Mbps.. even in my modem upstream/downstream reading is 5096/512... 
I also don't understand why.. probably it was on interleaved mode.. err.. 4Mbps should in fast mode, isn't it?

i think nothing much you can do at the moment... ur snr margin is @ ok stage only.. but now you not yet subscribed to 4mbps.. but after u subscribed even lower if not mistaken..
if your housing area quite old already? might be due to the old telephone lines..

WTF. TM already admitted that it's due to their poor congested network but can't give me a proper dateline when they can resolve it. It has nothing to do with my house line as everything is completely new including my internal house wiring and the recent replacement of copper cables running from ouside my house till the nearest switch which uses traditional pure copper(rocket shaped cylinder type)

Masalahnya saya tiada opsyen untuk pakai kabel optic di tempat kediaman saya. Lobang depan copper switch box pun terbiar buka menanti kereta tergolok ke dalam.

It's been a while already that's why u need VPN or Torrentflux :-)

same problem...this few day...my 4mb keep getting 80-100 kbs++....normally...i dl thing with my premium account (hotfile, megaupload and fileserver) with 450-400kbs speed!!....any1 know what is happen??...how come 4mb sudden = 1mb speed?

I also facing same problem this few week, but after i made a call every night and need they send a statement to say that they can't get me the services, now they set a static ip for me to using.But i still not happy on it because still not receive the letter from them.
