Legs Front squats 3 x 5 x 105kg BB lunges 3 x 8 x 60kg Hyperextensions/GHR 3 x 12 x 20kg Haven't been able to train for 3 weeks due to a multitude of factors, i.e. flu plus other priorities. Didn't feel too bad today in terms of strength. Ankle was sore so I left out calves. |

Push OHP 4 x 5 x 60kg Bench press 4 x 8 x 80kg Seated lateral raise 3 x 12 x 12kg Incline DB flyes 3 x 10 x 18kg V bar pushdowns 1 x 14 x 35 3 x 10/9/8 x 40 As expected, pushing strength dropped. |

Legs Smith machine calf raises 5 x 10 x bar+130kg Supersetted with BW calf raises 5 x 12 Hyperextensions 1 x 20 x BW 3 x 12 x 10kg Leg extensions 5 x 12 x 82.5kg Did one warmup set of front squats and it was clear that they were out of the question today. |
