Just as it says... pod2man isn't in your PATH. Check your $PATH environment variablesyour pod2man program is in your PATH before you execute 'make'

and verify the path to pod2man
# which pod2man
Is the path to pod2man in $PATH?
BTW, try using CPAN to install the Perl module. I find it very handy -- saves me time downloading and typing "make" especially if I have a long list of modules to install.
# perl -MCPAN -e shell
