first of all, check the physical of your beloved Alienware if there is any damage or anything that not suppose to have. then maybe you want to install some of the unnecessary softwares that already preinstalled. same goes to Antivirus. go get some better AV than that. McAfee just not worth it

and finally, install benchmarking software like 3dMark06 or 3dMark Vantage and share the result with us. if your result it roughly same as other owner, mean that your unit is perfect, God will
