Ekkkk, this ford ranger is second hand car. I dont know what is the recommended OCI.
After brought the car, 2 weeks later, first time change engine oil for this ford ranger is PETRONAS URANIA SUPREMO CJ-4 engine oil. Mechanic told me that this engine oil can last 10km. Drive till 7km, engine head burn jor. Duno no oil or the head go problem before i brought this ford ranger. 

Then have to tow back from Kuala Pilah to Kuala Lumpur. Sent to the 4x4 workshop. Repair cost a bomb. Since then been regularly to this 4x4 workshop if car have any breakdown or problem. I'm using his Petro Canada Duron XL Melange Synthetique SAE 15w-40 change every 5km intervals.

Before this I hit 5km for 3 months. But recent this 2 months, I can hit 5km in a month. I travel quite often. need to supervise few site project Senai/Tanjung Piai/Bahau. 

That why wanna ask sifu sifu here, is there any oil that worth to try.

from me..... but personally, i prefer blitz..... cheaper and better.....
