Any app that allows you to sync Outlook tasks? HTC sync only supports contacts + calendar sync

QUOTE(maliqu3 @ Jun 1 2010, 09:34 PM) anybody can tell me about the call quality? i read many complaints about it, is it really bad? how bad is it? is there a way to solve this problem? thanks It sounds fine to me. The only thing I dislike is the speakerphone which is "tinny" sounding, same when playing back songs etc. A lot softer compared to my Nokia 5800.This post has been edited by zackloy: Jun 1 2010, 09:58 PM |

QUOTE(i_bony @ Jun 2 2010, 10:57 AM) how much did u bought? sandisk is it? I also bought the 8GB Class 6 micro SD from Sri Comp (RM75) - its Transcend not Sandisk. Speed is good when transferring directly from card to PC or through phone as an external storage device to PC.anyhow is there any significant difference when saving pic using camera or camcorder? or just when u transfer data from comp? |

QUOTE(Neomax3 @ Jun 2 2010, 02:02 PM) Nope I think you did not push in the headphone plug into the jack fully. I tested it with many types of standard headphones and it works perfectly. |

QUOTE(draco82 @ Jun 2 2010, 03:54 PM) You must first make your Desire discoverable (make sure tick in checkbox is green) when pairing. The device you're pairing with will search also for the Desire to make the connection. This post has been edited by zackloy: Jun 2 2010, 03:58 PM |

QUOTE(inferno75 @ Jun 11 2010, 02:39 PM) i cant search many apps and games in the market. Am I missing something here? The apps that Malaysia can access are free apps only. You would use market enabler if you need/want to see/buy all apps i.e. free + paid apps, but to do that you first have to root your phone. Your choice.Do I need to root and get the market enabler thingy? Sorry, am very new to this android phones. Thanks This post has been edited by zackloy: Jun 11 2010, 02:50 PM |

I've encountered something strange and serious. Photos that I took with the phone mysteriously disappeared. I Googled and it seems very similar to the problem with the EVO 4G noted here http://www.androidpolice.com/2010/05/29/is...b-microsd-card/
Now trying to remove and reinsert the SD Card. No luck....photos and videos all gone......damn. This post has been edited by zackloy: Jun 16 2010, 01:31 AM |

QUOTE(i_bony @ Jun 16 2010, 01:51 AM) Nothing out of the ordinary....it seems it is an ongoing issue that's been around for a year! Read this http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=2500Apparently Android has serious issues with SD Card corruption. Managed to recover photos but lost 1 video This post has been edited by zackloy: Jun 16 2010, 02:31 AM |

QUOTE(pcboy @ Jun 16 2010, 03:37 AM) How about other files? Did they disappear too? How long hv u been using ur desire?really worry if it happens to me one day Bought it on the 2nd day after the Maxis launching - 28th May.....this stuff happens at random to Android users....and there does not seem to be a clear and consistent error that one can pinpoint the cause. It could be that the MicroSD card is at fault but seems that Google has acknowledged that it could be an OS issue. |

QUOTE(bryan_823 @ Jun 17 2010, 10:52 AM) Im using Swype version 1.47. With the Swype activated and set as input method, i cant zoom and pinch in the browser. I need to go back and change the input method back to others only then I can zoom in and pinch. I have reboot my phone after installed Swype. Anyone facing the same problem here? 1.47 is not the latest beta. pinch zoom problem is resolved in the latest version of the beta. Go to SWYPE's website and register officially for the beta to get the latest version. Uninstall your current version first before installing the new one. Good luck. Oh by the way, I'm not using the standard Desire browser, I use Dolphn HD.Added on June 17, 2010, 11:05 am QUOTE(i_bony @ Jun 17 2010, 10:35 AM) Check my earlier post, there's a free recovery tool link there.
