Actually I went to the Maxis center today to get the phone with a contract. I asked the sales whether I could buy the phone outright without contract and suprisingly she said I could, so I just buy.

I'm already on a unlimted data plan with celcom. So no need to switch to maxis is fine with me. 

I hope the sales dont get into trouble for selling the phone without plan this early though. 

There is a blue colour dot on the right bottom, press the button and your screen will follow the arrow. However with the current google map, it wont automatic recalculate your route if you go into wrong path. You can try nav launcher for better navigation experience.

i think the roadshow finshed yesterday ady. maxis store shud open at 10 i guess?

sorry to inform you that hTC Desire doesnt support proxy settings yet...

Hi guys, been reading alot about Desire and am eager to get one really soon. But the problem is I do not where to get AP set in Penang. I do not want to get from maxis as I will be returning to Canada soon, so I wont be needing the plan. So anyone knows where to get AP set in Penang? Thanks!
