Wanna ask something about maxis rate plan thingy.. cz interested with the packages when bundled with HTC desire.. i know i shouldn't be asking here but seriously don't really know where to ask..
how do the value plans thing works?
example for value 50..do i get charges for anything else, and if my monthly calls and sms exceed rm50, do i get extra charges?
since data plan needed to subcribe, then how it works?
example for data plan of 500mb..do i get extra charges if i use more than that?
thanks anyway.

QUOTE(Cynox @ May 29 2010, 11:51 AM) Actually these stuff can be checked at Maxis web site: www.maxis.com.my RM50 is for call charges, if you calls and sms exceed RM50, of course you will be charged more. Same goes to data plan - exceed limit must surely gotta pay more. If not, what are the more expensive call plan value80, 100 and data 1.5GB and 3Gb or whatever for? RM50 is the minimum call plan and RM48 (RM58 less RM10 rebate for 1 year) 500MB data plan is the minimum data you must subscribe to buy Desire at RM1,499. If you usage is higher, you may want to subsribe to more expensive call/data plan. been checking their website for a few days... couldn't really fully understand it.. and lazy want to call their service centre cz they usually give lame answers which also don't really answer to my question according to my experiences calling them... thanks anyway...

QUOTE(linkz @ Jun 4 2010, 12:41 PM) TTS = machine read out the text What nIcV was asking is voice command.... which suppose to be the opposite of TTS? Thanks! Just what i was searching for... TTS is not a machine.. it is just a program that retrieve and play the voice file that matched the word that you key in.. opposite? STT = Speech to Text program..
