i've read the first page. and i dont understand the IT and graphic cards languange. i've stop updating myself about laptop long ago, so i really dont know which is best and which is not.
kindly help me recommend some nice laptops. biggrin.gif

1. Brand, prefer dell. but anything else better also can.
2. Budget, less than 3k. but can recommend higher price.
3. Specs, for gaming, not that hardcore. at least able to play, fifa 10, prototype, etc.
4. Size, suits the above needs.

i'm currently in dilemma. planning to get dell xps 16, which i think is the best choice for now. but seems that, you can get other laptops with better specs at the same price. what do you suggest? the laptop has to be able to play games and support graphic programs (photoshop, autocad, etc.)

and comparing with xps 16 duo core and core i5, which is better in what way?

well, for dell, the xps 15/16.
i'm not sure about toshiba. because i dont think the qosmio is kinda worth it as i'm not a hardcore gamer. so maybe a satellite for all round uses?

There is no XPS 15...
and then again, which Satellite?

i'm not sure with which satellite. which would be good for a little bit of gaming and multimedia stuffs? from what i see on the website. it says that satellite is an all round uses. so any satellite model should be able to support gaming and multimedia. is it?
also, do you think that dual core is outdated and better go for higher processor?
