Speaking of DELL Inspiron 11z, I was wondering where I can actually see a display unit in KL/PJ?
Most shops are only displaying the new Inspiron R notebooks. Couldn't find any 11z or 13z
Just wana have a feel of the comfortability of the keyboard and also see whether the materials will wear off under prolong usage or not hmmm

For the Portege T210 and T230, I think its best if you can see the real thing before making up your mind. They are very ugly
Some shops are already displaying them
Personally I would prefer the Asus UL20FT which can be imported starting next month iirc

I mean can get 2nd hand laptop/netbook.... if can find people who wanna sell their laptop/netbooks which they seldom use, then can tahan lasak... but these kind of people are not easy to find... probrably girls haha

In terms of specs the G460 should be the best
But for battery life and superior design, definitely the U460

The problem with the U460 that I've noticed is that the Fn key and Ctrl key is inversely placed T_____T (corrected: only present in U160 model)
It may look like a very tiny problem but still it brings about a huge impact haha

Still, the design is even better than the Asus U series

Can take a look at Dell M101z (11.6inch), Eee PC 12xx series (12.1inch) laptops, should be around RM1.5k. Slightly larger than usual 10.1 inch netbooks but more powerful

If not travelling a lot than 15 inchers would be fine =)
Still, its better to go for Asus A42Jv la, better speced- definitely will suit your needs haha
