people... anyone knows how to fix the problem with adw launcher? cos i had mine in my mini pro, and yesterday my siblings were playing with it, out of sudden, my interface jumps back to the original interface instead of adw launcher. tried on/ off phone still the same, then tried uninstall and re-install also the same problem.. it didn't launch at all~!

Please help if anyone knows how to fix it!

try press home key/middle key and u can change u launcer back at there

is it handcent icon or white icon? if white icon just go to setting - sony ericsson - messaging - notification untick it

got my mini like 1months++. Facing the problem of hang twice and just shut down.first time i wait for long and press the on button after that it on back.Second time i couldnt on it.so i try the method by pressing the on and home button until a vibration.Hardware reset if nt mistaken.
btw,izit a common problem?no other solution while x10mini hang??

Hi,i had my x10mp for two weeks now and i'm very happy with it.problem is i cant install/use any app that requires root.i think i rooted my phone using universal androot cause it says"your phone is rooted".how can i be sure my phone is rooted?no problems with apps that doesnt require root.im very new with android.can anyone help?thanks..

try install & run any apk that requires root, eg: setCPU, titanium backup. if no error, then ur's is rooted.

mini pro to be exact.

well.. bcoz:
- it's an android phone
- i can live with small screen
- i dont play hi-end games
- qwerty keyboard is really2 useful
- the price is not so expensive
- the design is cun

and bcoz:
- usable rom is only 128mb
- processor is only 600mhz
- sometimes the phone become slow & laggy even after killing unused processes.
- need to re-lock/unlock and sometimes reboot to recover performance.
- sometimes the 'end call' button become unresponsive.
- sometimes the virtual keypad response is slow. luckily i bought pro.
- compatibility issues w/ some app/widget.

so i'll give it 7/10..

perhaps u should wait for the 2.1 update to see if there's any improvement.

note 1: i'm using adw launcher.
note 2: laggy performance maybe bcoz of widgets.

Go for pro instead ... As for the eclair update, best bet would be in november .. i dont think SE can keep their promise to come out by end of this month .. ARRRGGGHHH I WAN ECLAIR!!!!
