Benro travel angel travel angel travel angel~ hahaha someone brought it here, forgot who, ask him for opinion... that tripod as far i know (tested it when i am in KL) it is by far, more stable then ANY china made tripod i tested... (benro from china too tongue.gif) the quality control is superb.

boyzone: marco, if u are inexperience, u really need a TRIPOD, it gives u idea how the focusing works, understanding how ur "body (human)" affect the camera body and results. smile.gif use tripod first. set flash to TTL, dont worry bout it, TTL = Auto. later when u more experience with how to handle ur camera body, then only u play around with the manual flash or TTL. for the zoom, if me, i open the wide plate, let the light bounce to side and bounce back, making the whole area nicely lit. depends on u, if auto, it will turn to 105mm, which the snoot(zoomed) flash might be too strong.

guys² guys.. i'm confused..

if i put 70-300mm into my A380..
i got 105-450mm or when using FF body?
*
hahaha u get confuse?

like this. its jsut a measurement for the lens. 18 still 18mm, 100 still 100mm. but its the sensor that crop the whole pic.

FF shows the full framed of the lens, while, since crop sensor is smaller, they capture the middle area of the full frames.

now, when u crop the frame of the pic, meaning u zoomed in the pic (tighter framing)....

so, on crop sensor, when u get a 70mm and shoot from a crop body, u get a zoomed framing, meaning if u get a FF body, u snap at 70mm, but u crop out the middle area, that frame, which u can capture with FF by zooming to 105mm.

so, when u capture a photo with 70mm on crop, u need 105mm on FF for the same photo frame. hence, FF is not so excellent for super tele, which crop, given a 500mm, u get a 750mm zoom power.

and about my DT lens?
*
DT lens is same like FF lens, since u always snap the middle smaller area(crop sensor), they remove the extra corner area to make the lens smaller...

so when u attach a DT lens to FF, new FF DSLR are smart, it detects DT lens, and automatic change the sensor capturing mode to APS-C (crop mode)

but if u use DT on film camera (35mm = FF) u will see the internal of the lens show up around the corner of ur photo

DT can be used on FF and crop camera. just that in FF body, it will not use the full megapixel sensor, it uses the middle crop size area, hence u wont get the full MP (A900 =24mp) but get the cropped version MP (not sure how much, i think around 12mp)
